cloudGPS analyses fuel-level sensor (DUT) readings in real time and automatically classifies "Refuel", "Consumption" and "Drain" events. Multi-tank and multi-reservoir support on a single device. Works with Teltonika, Bitrek and other trackers supporting Wialon Retranslator and Teltonika Codec 8/8E protocols.
Basic systems just show the fuel-level chart. cloudGPS automatically distinguishes a refuel from a drain, handles multiple DUTs on one device, tracks water in tanks and correlates data with mileage and engine running time.
Automatic detection of "Refuel" events tied to location, time and volume. Reconciliation with petrol station data or fuel card transactions.
FuelAnalyzer distinguishes normal engine consumption from sudden level drops. The minDrainVolume parameter is tuned to your equipment.
Support for a separate water sensor or a magnetostrictive DUT with two floats (fuel + water). The platform analyses both channels together and sends an alert when the water level exceeds the limit — saves your pumps and your customers.
A combine or tractor may have 2-3 tanks. Each DUT is analysed independently — events don't get mixed up between tanks.
FuelReport, TanksReport — PDF/Excel reports for the period. Level charts, event tables, per-tank balance, export for accounting.
Telegram/email notifications for suspicious drains, low fuel, water excess. A 10-minute buffer prevents false positives.
Three segments where fuel control delivers the biggest effect — from a combine in the middle of a field to a 60 m³ depot tank.
Combines, tractors, sprayers — machines with 1-3 tanks, operating far from the office. Often the target of drains or "side" refuels.
5-100 m³ tanks with multiple DUTs and water sensors. Large volumes where an accounting error is costly.
Trucks and tractor units running domestic and EU trips. Fuel control + Polish PUESC integration for cargo through Poland.
cloudGPS runs at sites of every size — from single units to fuel complexes with dozens of tanks. The platform reliably handles DUT data from hundreds of litres (tractor tank) up to dozens of cubic metres (fuel depot or petrol station tank).
cloudGPS is a server-based monitoring platform. Hardware installation and initial calibration are done by a certified installer (yours or from our partner network). The platform picks up the data as soon as the device is connected.
The installer mounts the DUT in the tank/reservoir, connects it to the tracker (Teltonika, Bitrek or other compatible) and performs the "litres ↔ DUT readings" calibration. We have a partner installer network.
The tracker sends telemetry to the cloudGPS server. The calibration profile is stored in your account. Adding a new tracker takes a few minutes in your dashboard.
FuelAnalyzer on the server processes the data stream: filters noise, applies tank-specific parameters (minDrainVolume, minRefuelVolume and others), classifies events. You tune the parameters in the web UI.
"Refuel", "Consumption", "Drain" appear automatically. Charts, PDF/Excel reports, Telegram alerts — all available in the browser and mobile app.
Standard systems show only a chart. cloudGPS analyses events and detects what you wouldn't spot on the chart yourself.
