Video needs a SIM card with regular mobile internet. IoT SIMs with a restricted APN pass coordinates and small packets but cut the video stream: the track is on the map, yet video does not play.

Most often it is the SIM card: IoT SIMs with a restricted APN pass small packets and cut the video stream. A regular 4G SIM fixes it.
The live stream runs only while someone is watching and stops 10 seconds after closing. A minute of archive recording takes tens of megabytes, so the archive downloads in fragments for the period you need.
