Tracker installation

A GPS tracker (Teltonika, Bitrek or Wialon-compatible) is installed by a certified installer — yours or from our partner network in Poland. We support 50+ device models.

PUESC registration

You set up a puesc.gov.pl account yourself as the carrier. We provide a step-by-step guide and technical support when registering cloudGPS as your location service provider (OUL).

Activation in the dashboard

cloudGPS is a server platform. In the control panel you enable data transmission to SENT-GEO and/or e-TOLL with one click per vehicle — no tracker reconfiguration required.

What is PUESC and who does it apply to?

PUESC (Platforma Usług Elektronicznych Skarbowo-Celnych) is a Polish state system for monitoring the transport of sensitive goods. The obligation to report transport and transmit geolocation data within SENT-GEO covers, among others, transport of fuels, alcohol, dried tobacco and selected goods categories under the Polish SENT Act.

What's the difference between SENT-GEO and e-TOLL?

SENT-GEO is monitoring of sensitive goods transport (PUESC) — data is sent to the tax authority. e-TOLL is the system for collecting tolls on motorways and national roads — data goes to KAS for fee calculation. cloudGPS supports both systems from the same GPS tracker.

Do I need an OBU device for e-TOLL?

No. cloudGPS is a registered external provider (ZSL — Zewnętrzny System Lokalizacyjny) and transmits data directly to e-TOLL from your existing GPS tracker. This avoids OBU costs (~500 PLN per unit) and subscription fees.

Which trackers are supported?

We support 50+ models, including: Teltonika FMB920/FMB130/FMC130/FMC650, Bitrek BI 530R/810/910 and all devices compatible with Wialon Retranslator and Teltonika Codec 8/8E protocols.

How much does cloudGPS cost?

Pricing depends on the number of vehicles and selected features. The standard subscription includes full GPS monitoring, SENT-GEO and e-TOLL integration, fuel control, reports and notifications. Contact us — we'll prepare an offer tailored to your fleet.

How long does implementation take?

cloudGPS account and dashboard setup — within one business day. PUESC and e-TOLL registration typically takes 3–7 business days (on the authorities' side) — you do this yourself using our guides and technical support. Tracker installation — depending on installer availability (we have a network of partner installers in Poland we can recommend).

Can I migrate from Wialon / GPSWox / another system?

Yes. cloudGPS supports retransmission — you can run our system in parallel with your existing one and migrate clients gradually, without service interruption. We import historical vehicle data, geofences and driver lists.
